The Beauty Balm Co. was born in the Colorado Rockies, where dry air, intense sun, wind, cold, and dramatic shifts in climate continually challenge the skin.

After more than 20 years as an esthetician and spa owner, founder India Barlow came to believe that healthy, resilient skin is not built through complicated routines or quick fixes. It is supported through consistent care, thoughtful formulation, and ingredients chosen to nourish and strengthen the skin over time.

Living at altitude made the need for a different approach even clearer.

Just as we dress in layers to adapt to changing conditions, our skin benefits from layers of care—weightless hydration, targeted nourishment, and lasting protection. Each formula is designed to serve a distinct purpose while working beautifully on its own or in harmony with the others.

The Beauty Balm Co. creates concentrated, nutrient-dense skincare for dry, mature, and climate-stressed skin.
